CMA  Microdialysis Courses

Welcome to our Microdialysis Courses

CMA offers regular clinical and basic research courses in Microdialysis. The clinical courses are aimed at surgeons, intensivists, and nurses to help them achieve real patient benefits in their clinical practices from microdialysis.

Doctors courses will be run in Neurosurgery/Neurointensive care and General Intensive Care including microdialysis in splanchnic organs and reconstructive surgery.
The courses will include both theoretical and hands on training on the optimal placement of microdialysis, the management of patients in the intensive care unit through the understanding and interpretation of the bedside data.
 
The courses for nurses will be a basic and practical training  course for Microdialysis in the clinic.

The basic research courses are aimed to those who are about to start using the technique in scientific research (mainly in the neuro field). The course includes both lec-tures on Microdialysis and related analytical techniques. In practical classes you will learn to conduct your own experiments under the leadership of highly qualified technicians.

The courses are generally two days in the Stockholm area close to the city center.

The courses language will be English except for some of the nurse courses which will be held in Swedish.

Upon completion of each course certificates are issued to confirm participation.
