Well-proven technology

 
The Eirus™ system is based on microdialysis, a well-proven technology for metabolic measurements. An intravenous catheter is used together with a sensor and touch screen monitor, which provides the user with absolute
values and trends of blood glucose. Continuous measurement of blood lactate is also available through the system.
   
*Approx. 6 minute delay
**Reference blood samples are required to “calibrate” system. However standard blood gas samples drawn for other
   purposes can be used.
